Welcome to FreshSpaces. We specialize in the design and execution of quality new home builds and commercial renovations. We have a great, small team of experienced professionals, and we keep a low volume of projects, with a focus on quality, rather than quantity. We offer full design and build integration, and work with the best clients, with a focus on time and attention. We offer boutique spec homes, as well as design/build custom homes using ICF construction methods.

We are here to build properly, whether that’s a custom home or a boutique spec home. Building properly means looking after our clients. It means using quality materials and the best methods. It means sticking around until everyone is satisfied with the final product. It means embracing new ideas and technology. It means knowing that every day, we have made this planet that we all live on a better place to exist. For us, and for everything that comes after us.

Member of the Victoria Residential Builders Association, which promotes Eco Friendly, high quality building and community advocacy.
Animal welfare is something we’re extremely passionate about. Our annual donations target local animal welfare groups. Our clients are also proud to know that they are helping us to further our goal of starting our very own rural dog rescue organization. You can find us most evenings walking our rescue mutt at one of Victoria’s many local dog parks.
Our employees also take time to volunteer at the SPCA

Continuing Education
Our team is committed to staying on the leading edge of building.
