We do this by running a small crew of dedicated craftspeople. We have intimate knowledge of building systems, building materials, and techniques. All the expertise is finished off by a dedication to our clients that we believe is unmatched. A good build is delivered when every facet performs to the same standard of quality, from the very first meeting, to well after completion.

Interior Design and Space Planning
Our in house design is led by Emily Scott, BID.
Extensive experience in high end residential millwork, as well as commercial project design has provided for an approach to design that is complete and easily accessible. We design in 3D right out of the gate, allowing an understanding of the project that is unparalleled. Not missing details by building in the virtual world means being ready for exactly what we’re going to encounter, and knowing how you fit and feel, in the completed space.
Whatever you want to achieve, we can take it from a discussion, through to build, with full construction drawings, engineering, consultation, permit submittal and negotiation of zoning and legal hurdles.
Construction and Management
Our small, skilled construction team is headed by Jesse Matthewman.
We’re a team dedicated to the consistent, quality delivery of projects, from small to large. It’s a craftsman approach to all our residential work, and we enjoy it immensely. For us, producing something worthy of our name is paramount.
We’re also genuinely nice, friendly people. Our direct communication and approach-ability make us great to have around. Feel free to ask anyone onsite questions about the work, or about what they’re up to on the weekend. It’s as much about delivering an honest, affable environment during the work, as a beautiful final product.
Our Construction management is hands-on, with engagement in design from the very start, so all the project parameters are understood thoroughly. Our team of subtrades is close knit and trusted. We have worked for years to develop these relationships, and they show in the management and build quality.
